Системы детекции
quartett предлагает системы детекции для иммуногистохимии как для решения рутинных задач, так и для работы в исследовательских целях. Наборы представляют собой сверхчувствительные системы на полимерной основе для обнаружения мышиных/кроличьих первичных антител, при работе с замороженными и FFPE препаратами. Не содержащие биотина наборы не подвержены влиянию эндогенного биотина, что приводит к более низкому фоновому окрашиванию. Наборы обеспечивают усиление сигнала, последовательное окрашивание и могут использоваться как для ручного, так и для автоматического окрашивания.
